Auto-locate for the weather web part
It would be ideal if the weather web part could automatically detect the users location. For companies with different locations, this would help tremendously.

Do we have an ETA for this?

Hello again Mike,
We got what you meant now - and we have incorporated it in our roadmap.
Thanks for following up, we will let you know once it is done. -

Good afternoon,
I like the "change location" feature on the web part. It is a nice tool to have. However, what I was referring to was what you mentioned in the last part of your comment. It would be great if the user didn't need to click anything to change the location. The overall user experience would be greatly enhanced by adding this.

Hello Mike
Thanks for following up - the user, if allowed by the browser, and inside the web part itself, can switch the location himself by clicking on "Change Location", right below the city name. A drop down menu will then appear and the user could either search for its location name or click to "Detect my Location". Is this not what you meant? Would you rather have the web part automatically updating for its location, without the user having to do it? -

Any update on this? If the ability to ping a location already exists, please send me documentation for how to achieve this. We have several sites spread across different states. It would be great if they could see their locations weather forecast.

I know you can add a default city, but I do not see the feature for auto-locating the user. It would be great if the web part could ping the users exact location. That way a company with several branches won't have to worry about adjusting the default or having them manually set the location.
For example: When a user in Madison, WI logs in, they see weather for Madison, WI. Without changing the default, using the exact same site and web part, a user in San Francisco can see weather related to them instead of Madison, WI.
