Implement Paging in the News Web Part
In the News Web part you can show at max 10 articles. What if there are more than 10 articles which are still important to show? It would fit for large companies with several departments creating lots of articles. Paging would be great help!
29 votesYou asked for it, and it’s finally here! The News web part has now pagination with an option to choose how many items should appear per page. A nice, neat yet complete display of important news for your users.

News Web Part Date Display
The current date display on the News Web part is always expressed as a unit of distance from the date of the item, such as "2 hours ago" or "4 months ago".
Please add a configuration option (toggle) in the properties that allows the actual date of the item to be displayed, preferably with a definable string template (text box in property pane that appears when toggle is on) that is similar to Microsoft standards, such as "yyyy-mm-dd" for 2018-06-22.
11 votesBindTuning Admins are now able to configure BindTuning News to show “Date” in 3 different formats – Relative, Long or Short. Please update your web part to the latest available version, edit the web part and in its Settings Panel, click on Layout Options » Date Format

O365 Group Calendar Webpart
Please add the ability for your current calendar (or create a new calendar) that can display/edit/filter an O365 Group's calendar in a month/week/day view.
10 votesEarlier this year, in August 2023, two new web parts were launched to support Microsoft 365 Groups. While one of them preserves the previous list layout (Calendar Events), Calendar View Web Part allows admins to display week or month views. Remove Clicking to See Filters in Documents Webpart
We get a lot of feedback from users who don't realize you need to click the filters area to open and see the available filters. It would be awesome if we had the option to have it open by default or if the drop downs were more obvious and arranged like the ones in the filters webpart.
10 votesA new Documents Web Part for SharePoint Online Modern was released on March 2023. It includes powerful search, filter and sort capabilities, configured by the admin/site owner and made available to end users. Filters can now be displayed as buttons, just like with the Filters Web Part. Alternative displays include dropdowns or side panel. Allow for Bindtuning Web Part People to search by Phone extension
It would be nice if you could add an phone extension search. but like the Bindtuning look and feel of their people web part.
So, as of this moment, the People web part can only search by:
• Name
• Organization
• Department
• Job title7 votesThe refactored People web part, launched in March 2023, allows admins to connect to Azure AD to source up to data data. Once connected to Azure AD, the web part can be configured so that end users can search it by using multiple fields from Azure AD user profile, including phone extensions. It is important, however, that data is populated in Azure AD.

Order/Sort Function for People Web Part using the SharePoint Search
The People WP is currently ordered by First Name and it would be nice, if there is a possibility to order/sort by other values of the user profile.
For example the HireDate or Last Nam or something else.7 votesThe refactored People web part, launched in March 2023, allows sorting by multiple new fields in Azure AD user profile, provided data sorce is set to Azure AD. Available fields include surname, city, company name, country, department, employee id, job title, office location or state. No further enhancements are planned for when sorce is set to "SharePoint Search".

Ability to use Group By expand collapse in Documents webpart
It would be awesome if the Documents webpart could show documents in expandable and collapsible groups like the out of the box library views can do.
7 votesThe Documents Web Part launched in early 2023 for SharePoint Online - Modern includes the ability for end users to group documents by custom columns predefined by the admin. See attached screenshot with the "Group By" option highlighted. A new functionality, to have admins define default groups, is currently being evaluated for late 2023.

Document Webpart Title Link
The new update to the Document webpart (3.0.0.2) took away the ability to link out to its associated document library, and the 'Title Link' feature. Before, we would put the URL of the document library in the webpart title. This feature is no longer available. In the new version, the name of the document library seems clickable (and really should just open out to the associated library) but doesn't do anything. Please bring back Title Link feature, or create a way to immediately open the associated document library for the Document webpart.
6 votesA new feature has been added to the Title Web Part to enable content creators to add a link to each title. This is intended to replace the possibility to add links to the other web parts titles, which was removed from some of the most modern web parts, such as Documents. Add folder visibility to document webpart
The documents webpart really needs the ability to show and navigate folders as well as documents. Should be similar to the stock Microsoft document library webpart ...but better! with customized tool controls (eg. text or tabs)
5 votesA new SharePoint Online (Modern) version of the Documents web part has been launched on March 2022 that fixes known issues such as folder and file visibility, across folders & subfolder. You can access the change log with the release announcement at https://support.bindtuning.com/hc/en-us/articles/13581092381201-Web-Parts-Release-March-2023. List View selection in Quick Links Web Part
We would like to use a single List of Links for various instances of the Quick Links Web Part but we don't want all instances to show the same set of items. It would be great to be able to configure each instance of the web part to select a distinct View from the List.
5 votesWe are happy to share that BindTuning Quick Links now includes support for List Views.

Add ability to show the phone # and email address in the People web part
Add ability to show the phone # and email address in the People web part instead of having to click on the phone and email icons to display this information. It would just show the phone number to the right of the phone icon and to the right of the email icon. Not sure why it is even hidden until you click on the icon to display this information.
4 votesThe refactored People web part, launched in March 2023, allows mapping information from multiple data sources to 5 new configurable layouts. You are now able to display both email and phone number within each persona card, without having to click on it.

News
Can a news item be set to inactive (hidden) when the end date of the news expires? Equally targeting groups or users would be useful.

Dial on Mobile Phone with People Web Part
It would be great, if we could dial a phone number on mobile phones, when we use the People Web Part. If we click on a phone number to dial, we only get an error message. It would be verry usefull, if we could dial the number directly within Teams. The same way, as it is working on the desktop version.
Best regards,
Guido Peter3 votesThe refactored People web part, launched in March 2023, allows mapping business or mobile number to the "Quick Call" actions. Open the web part settings panel and under "Actions" toggle on "Quick Call". Then go to "Layouts", choose one of the available layouts and make sure to map your business or mobile number to the field "Quick call". Once that is done, clicking on the "phone" icon in mobile view will open the dial in with the number populated, allowing the end user to initiate a phone call. Other available call to actions include "send email" and "send a teams message".

Stocks Ticker Free Data
The Stocks ticker web part should have more exchanges and data sources that are free. We already pay for the web part and are also having to pay for the data source. The free version of all the exchanges does not cover enough requests for a medium to large company.
We cannot use this web part because of the limitation of exchanges and requests needed. For a financial institution this would be a huge win.

News Link in the News Webpart
We want to use the built in news page and news link for news articles. It would be awesome if the BT news webpart would be able to handle this without any extra configuration. It requires a URL field to be filled out, but there is no URL field available to choose. It also doesnt work with news links(3rd party link) in the modal. It just breaks.

People Webpart Refinements
It would be nice to add refinements to the people webpart, much like sharepoint search. So they could refine by department, office location, etc.
3 votesThe refactored People web part, launched in March 2023, allows both admins and end users to refine a People Directory created with BindTuning People connected to Azure AD. Fields available for the admin to filter include "user enablement", "user type", "licensing", "active/deleted" and "creation type" together with "business phone", "country", "date created", "department", "employee id", "job title", "office location", "postal code", "state" among others. Filters available for the end user include "city", "company name", "country", "department", "employee type", "job title", "office location" and "preferred language".

Default filter on Documents web part for source as Search Results
This is great, if we want to limit search results of documents based on a preset filter on a page. This is in addition to also giving users option to further filter search results, but still within a narrow scope.
3 votesThe current version of Documents (v.3.0.0.6) available for SharePoint Online - Modern should addresses your request of having additional default filters added to the documents shown using Search. Can you please confirm?
