News Web Part Date Display
The current date display on the News Web part is always expressed as a unit of distance from the date of the item, such as "2 hours ago" or "4 months ago".
Please add a configuration option (toggle) in the properties that allows the actual date of the item to be displayed, preferably with a definable string template (text box in property pane that appears when toggle is on) that is similar to Microsoft standards, such as "yyyy-mm-dd" for 2018-06-22.

Dynamic CAML filtering
Currently, all web parts that use CAML for filtering require a static block of text for the query, with no way to change it at run time. This means that the filtering defined in the web part must be hard coded. This is highly inflexible -- what is needed is some way for the web parts to be sensitive to values passed into the page where the web part resides, via something like the URL query string. Calendar - recurring event fix
Currently, we are unable to use recurring events in the BT calendar web part. I spoke with your team several months ago and they are aware of the issue. We would like to be able to have birthdays, anniversaries, etc displayed without the need for someone to go in and change the date every year.

Add folder visibility to document webpart
The documents webpart really needs the ability to show and navigate folders as well as documents. Should be similar to the stock Microsoft document library webpart ...but better! with customized tool controls (eg. text or tabs)

profile picture
The people webpart only displays a profile picture if the person has email in office 365. We have clients who are not using email in o365. Their pictures show up in Delve, but not in the people webpart.

Keep the Office 365 Group Header functionality when applying a Theme to the assiciated Team Site
The SharePoint Team Site that is created as part of an Office 365 Group includes some great functionality in the Site Title / Header. For example, the Public/Private setting and the Site Classification are show and the user can click to access the other parts of the O365 Group.
This functionality is lost when applying a Theme to the site but it should be kept.

News images and movement.
Images on the news webpart never seem to be central and cut off. It would be useful to be able to centre /cover the image.
It would be fantastic if the news items would scroll much like a smart tile but using the individual tiles.

When clicking on Manage News, the news list is loaded with the most recent news last.

Add drop shadows function to all web parts
The new social web part has a great feature under layout that allows you to simply turn on and off drop shadows displayed around the Social Web Part. We would like to see this feature implemented on all the web parts.

People Part Collapse or minimize funciton
The following scenario is when you use the people web part as a employee directory on your main intranet page that has high volume.
We would like to see an option that would allow the currently loaded profiles upon page load to be collapsed until the employee clicked on the search box or some type of mechanism. The reason for this is if you were to place this part on your main intranet page there will always be a few employee's who are displayed for the whole company. Add an offset to News and Slider webpart
Add an article offset to the news and slider web part. This would allow multiple news web parts to show the news articles.
You could show the latest 3 news items in a larger layout or slider, and the remaining news with a more compact style.

Click-to-dial Phone numbers in People Web part
It would be great, if you could format the phone numbers in People Web part as "tel:" link, to get click-to-dial functionality.

News Webpart title
In the News Web part, if the title is too long we got 3 dots and we can't see all the title before clicking on it. It would be necessary to have the title go to the line automatically.
